| » | Establishment and proper utilization of controlled and navigable airspace within the Manila Flight Information Region | | » | Development & formulation of ATS policies, rules, regulations, procedures, and standards |
| » | Planning and implementation of ATS infrastructure projects |
| » | Provision of training and career development of ATS personnel |
| » | Coordination with international organization on development of new facilities, procedures and standards appropriate to the evolving technology |
| » | Conduct periodic evaluation of ATS operations and subsequently plan and organize its improvements |
